Our courses are fully digital. You can start, pause, and resume videos at any time — exactly when it fits your schedule.

Our courses feed straight into practice success: smoother workflows, more confident decisions at the chair, and a team on the same level of knowledge. After each course you receive a certificate of participation for the course you completed.

That depends on the individual course. We may only state CME credits for courses we have had cleared by the ZFU, Germany's central authority for distance learning. That procedure takes time, so we are starting with courses that carry none. Both will exist: courses with stated CME credits and courses without. Whether a course carries credits is shown on the course itself.

Yes, courses can be used together as a team, for example in meetings, to share knowledge and optimise practice workflows.

Yes, our platform is fully GDPR-compliant. Your data is encrypted and processed to the highest security standards.

The monthly plan runs continuously, month to month. The yearly plan has an initial term of 12 months and then automatically switches to monthly billing unless you actively renew. We'll notify you in good time before it ends.

You can cancel your subscription online in your account at any time — no phone call, no letter. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Instead of rigid course packages, you book training minutes and spend them flexibly on the courses that interest you. You can see your current balance in your account at any time.

On the monthly plan, unused minutes expire at the end of the billing month. On the yearly plan, they only expire at the end of the year — saving up minutes over the year is the benefit of the yearly plan. If your balance falls just short, a capped draw against your next credit is possible. Purchased and gifted minutes never expire.

Sign in, open "Redeem gift" and enter your code. The minutes are credited to your gift balance immediately.

A gift code is valid for 6 months from issue (see our terms). Once redeemed, the credited minutes no longer expire.

Courses are provided as a stream and are available online anytime, as often as you like. No download is needed: you can pause any course and pick up exactly where you left off later.

Any device with an internet connection — computer, tablet, or smartphone. No app or installation required, a current browser is enough.

Once you've worked through all content of a course, a certificate of participation is generated automatically as a PDF. It's available for download in your account at any time.

CME credits are only awarded for courses where this is explicitly stated. Such a marking requires the course to contain a graded assessment and to be cleared under the German Distance Learning Protection Act by the ZFU, the central authority for distance learning. Where a course carries credits, the registration number of its clearance is shown on the course itself.

In Germany's statutory dental care system it is 125 credits within five years (§ 95d SGB V), documented to your regional association of statutory health dentists. Independently of that, the professional code of your dental chamber requires continuing education. Our page on CME credits explains what this means for online courses.

Yes, where the individual course is recognised for it: it must contain a knowledge assessment and be cleared as distance learning by the ZFU, Germany's central authority for distance learning. Here, exactly those courses marked CME carry credits; those marked as practice knowledge do not.

You can pay conveniently by credit card or SEPA direct debit.

Yes. After every purchase you automatically receive a proper invoice with VAT shown by email — all invoices are also available for download in your account at any time.

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It ends early once you expressly consent to the course starting immediately and confirm that this consent means you lose your right of withdrawal. Details are in our withdrawal notice (§5 of our terms).
